CRM · In every plan, including Free

The client, next to the client work.

A full Attio-style CRM lives in the same workspace as your projects — objects, records, sixteen attribute types, views, reports, and automations. It ships in every plan, including Free. Not an add-on, not a trial.

Objects & attributes

Model anything, in sixteen shapes of data.

Build custom objects — companies, deals, contacts, whatever your work needs — and give each one the fields it actually uses. Sixteen attribute types cover the shapes real data comes in.

Views

See the pipeline as a table or a board.

The same records, two ways to work them. Switch without exporting, syncing, or leaving the workspace.

Table view

A dense, sortable grid. Filter, sort, and edit fields inline — the spreadsheet feel, without the spreadsheet.

Kanban view

Drag records across stages. The same board pattern your projects already use, pointed at your pipeline.

Reports

Two reports that answer what you actually ask.

No dashboard builder to configure first. Two reports, built for the two questions a pipeline raises.

Funnel

Conversion between stages, in order. See where records enter, where they convert, and where the pipeline leaks.

Time in stage

How long records sit in each stage. Spot the deals going cold before they quietly stall.

Automations

Seven node types. That's the whole list — and that's the point.

Build a workflow by chaining nodes. There are seven, no more — small enough to reason about, enough to cover the automations a CRM actually needs.

if

Condition

Branch on a field or record value — only continue when it matches.

delay

Delay

Wait a set amount of time before the next step runs.

update_record

Update record

Change a field on the triggering record — move a stage, set an owner.

create_record

Create record

Spin up a new record in any object — log a follow-up, open a deal.

send_email

Send email

Send a templated email to a contact on the record.

http_request

HTTP request

Call an external webhook or API to push data out of KanBit.

assign_owner

Assign owner

Hand the record to a teammate by rule, not by memory.

Ask KanBit

Questions in plain language. Answers from your data.

It reads. It never writes.

Ask KanBit answers plain-language questions over the CRM you can see — “which deals stalled this month”, “total pipeline by owner”. It reads your records to answer, and that is all it does. It cannot create, edit, or delete anything. Read-only, by design.

  • Which deals stalled this month?
  • Total pipeline by owner
  • Companies with no activity in 30 days

Limits

Limits, not trials. Free doesn't expire.

Every plan includes the CRM. What changes between plans is how much of it you can use — objects, records, saved reports, and monthly AI credits. Free is free forever; nothing here is a countdown.

Straight answers

Questions about the CRM.

The things teams ask before they switch. If yours isn't here, [email protected] reaches a real inbox.

No. The CRM is in every plan, including Free, at no additional cost. Plans differ by how much you can store and run — objects, records, reports, and monthly AI credits — not by locking the feature away. The Free plan does not expire.

For tracking companies, contacts, and deals next to the work you deliver, yes — you get custom objects, 16 attribute types, table and kanban views, funnel and time-in-stage reports, and automations. It is not a full marketing-automation suite: there are no email drip campaigns, lead-scoring engines, or ad integrations. If you rely on those, keep the dedicated tool. What you gain here is a CRM that shares the same workspace as your projects.

Yes, by CSV. You can import records into any object from a CSV file, and export the same way. There are no one-click native connectors to other CRMs yet — CSV is the supported path in and out.

No. Ask KanBit is read-only. It answers plain-language questions by reading the CRM records you can already see, and it cannot create, edit, or delete anything. Each answer draws from your monthly AI credits.

Takes a minute to sign up. Free plan is genuinely free. No card required, no drip campaign, no gotchas.
